1. Product Introduction
The GXC high-efficiency continuous cooking machine is a continuous cooking machine朂One of the effective systems developed specifically for processing various animal by-products, suitable for large-scale production conditions. The evaporation range of a continuous cooker can be from 1300kg/h to 10000kg/h. When the working pressure of the rotor is 1.0MPa, 30kg of water can be evaporated per square hour. The interior of the cooking machine is equipped with a multi tube rotor with steam heating, which can provide a large heating area of up to 400 square meters. The cooking temperature can be adjusted according to process requirements and material types. The gas evaporated from the material enters the SCR, captures the particles carried in the exhaust gas, and returns to the cooking machine. The exhaust gas then enters the condenser or other exhaust gas treatment system at the back. Oil residue (a mixture of dehydrated protein and fat) is continuously extracted from the cooking machine and then transferred to the next process for separation into protein and fat.
